Homemade Ham Bread

For the mass:
175 gramsAll purpose wheat flour Preferably with 11gr protein
25 grsugar
25 grI beaten egg
20 grMargarine
67 grwarm water or milk
5 grgranulated yeast
1/2 tbspVanilla
5 grsalt
For the filling:
150 grSmoked ham
50 grbacon
25 grRaisins
40 grstuffed olives
Step by Step
Step 1
Mixture: In a cup place half of the water from the recipe, a teaspoon of flour, a teaspoon of sugar and all the yeast.
Stir well and let stand covered for 10 minutes. It should be seen with a bubble on the surface.
Step 2
Make a volcano in the flour, add all the ingredients plus the mixture that we made previously.

Step 3
Knead for 20 minutes and let stand covered until doubled in size (20 to 25 minutes in a warm place)

Step 4
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to form a rectangle about 3mm thick. Then we place the filling in the following order: ham, bacon, raisins and olives.

Roll up and let rise in a greased tray for approximately 30 minutes.

Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 200°
Varnish with beaten egg 5 minutes before being ready.
